Join this free online mindfulness session every Tuesday 7-8PM (Kuwait time). 

A few guidelines about using Zoom:

  • Kindly log in on time, making sure your camera and microphone work. It is essintial that we can hear and see each other. It gives a sense of being together. 
  • Make sure you have a strong Wifi otherwise maybe use your phone with 3G.

Please log in on time. I will let you in from a waiting room. I look forward to practice with you.
