About the Event
The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program is taught over 8 weeks and have one day full silent retreat day in between.
We meet one session every week 2,5 hours.
Class 1: Saturday July 4 from 10-12.30
Class 2: Saturday July 11 from 10-12.30
Class 3: Saturday July from 10-12.30
Class 4: Saturday July 25 from 10-12.30
