About the Event
Join the life changing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program in this summer of 2020. This year has been very stressful and painful for many, many people around the globe. Even though we cannot change all the external stressors in our life we can still learn to cultivate inner calm and wisdom with mindfulness tools. MBSR is about taking an active role in our own health and wellbaing. MBSR is a wonderful compliment to traditional medicin - not an altenative. Please read the guidelines on my webpage. Did you just expeience a resent loss or trauma please wait and give your self time to join. Also if you suffer from current depression this is not the right program - instead you can find a MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy program desgined for people with depression.
The program is taught over 9 weeks and have one day full silent retreat day in between.
We meet one session every week 2,5 hours.
Class 1: Saturday from 14-16.30
Class 2: Saturday from 14-16.30
Class 3: Saturday from 14-16.30
Class 4: Saturday from 14-16.30
Class 5: Saturday from 14-16.30
Class 6: Saturday from 14-16.30
All day silent retreat day Saturday from 9-16.
Class 7: Saturday from 14-16.30
Class 8: Saturday from 14-16.30
Look carefully at all the dates making sure you at least can make 6 out of 8 sessions otherwise I suggest you wait until at better time.
Price: 100 KD. If you lost your job or reduced in salery let me know and I will reduce the cost.
Price for MBSR graduates: 50KD
You can only sign up if you are well informed. Therefore I would like to meet you on a Zoom meeting if we not have met before making sure you are well informed about the commiment, homework, benifit and risks. Ones you have signed up I will send you a payment link and once paid you have a spot. My classes are small and I am making sure the training is done in a supportive, trusting and nurturing way.
