Join this free online mindfulness session every Thursday at 1-2PM (Kuwait time).Â
A few guidelines about using Zoom:
- Kindly get familiar with Zoom
- Kindly log in on time, making sure your camera and microphone work. It is essintial that we can hear and see each other. Are you more than 10 minutes late - you cannot attend the meeting.Â
- Make sure you have a strong Wifi otherwise maybe use your phone with 3G
