About the Event

Join this free online mindfulness session every Thursday at 1-2PM (Kuwait time). 

A few guidelines about using Zoom:

  • Kindly get familiar with Zoom
  • Kindly log in on time, making sure your camera and microphone work. It is essintial that we can hear and see each other. Are you more than 10 minutes late - you cannot attend the meeting. 
  • Make sure you have a strong Wifi otherwise maybe use your phone with 3G
