About the Event
During this 4 hour long workshop online we will practice mindfulness most of the time because that is the only way to learn mindfulness. We will practice mindful eating, the body scan, R.A.I.N and sitting meditation.
First step to healthier food choices and stabile weight is to train our brain and be more connected to the body and mind.
I will share some of the research from Denmark how to keep a healthy weight besides practicing mindfulness.
