About the Event

Join the life changing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program in the winter of 2020. Even though we cannot change all the external stressors in our life we can still learn to cultivate inner calm and wisdom with mindfulness tools. MBSR is about taking an active role in our own health and wellbeing. MBSR is a wonderful compliment to traditional medicin - not an altenative. Please read the guidelines on my webpage. Did you just experience a recent loss or trauma please wait and give your self time to join. Also if you suffer from current depression this is not the right program - instead you can find a MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy program designed for people with depression).

Price: 100 KD. If you lost your job or reduced in salary let me know and I will reduce the cost so you can afford it

Price for MBSR graduates: 50KD 

I will send a online payment (Fatoorah) link before class one (payment done before October 8)

My online classes are small and I am making sure the training is done in a supportive, trusting and nurturing way.

Session 2: October 17 from 9-11.30AM

Session 3: October 24 from 9-11.30AM

Session 4: October 31 from 9-11.30AM

Session 5: November 7 from 9-11.30AM

Full silent day November 14 from 9-15.30PM 

Session 6: November 21 from 9-11.30AM

Session 7: November 28 from 9-11.30AM

Session 8: December 5 from 9-11.30AM
